Technical Department Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Analyze technical drawings, assembly plans, and construction drawings.
• Oversee the design department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality deliverables
• Lead and guide the team, providing technical support and performance management
• Coordinate projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and design engineers to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Collaborate with external partners (designers) for project assignment, proposal evaluation, and providing guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• Master’s Degree will be considered an asset
• 5-8 years of experience in construction companies or engineering firms
• Excellent Knowledge on 2D and 3D Design (preferable AutoCAD and Inventor)
• Knowledge on 3D TEKLA would be considered a plus
• Very good command of the English language, written and verbal
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in construction projects would be considered a plus
• Analytical & Problem Solving skills
• Leadership & Team Management
