Kariera.gr, the leading recruitment hub in Greece, provides a wide range of HR services & solutions. The Sales Executive (Hospitality Sector) is part of the Sales team and reports to the Sales Manager of our newly acquired business unit of Workathlon

Responsibilities

  • Identify multiple decision makers throughout organizations and present impactful data and information to illustrate their pains and propose meaningful solutions
  • Manage new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to your clients by identifying and consulting with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and build a business case for the company’s solutions
  • Ability to uncover qualified business opportunities, leverage the company’s expertise, industry profile, and knowledge of the industry to contact potential buyers
  • Schedule meetings, training, and demonstrations for sales prospects
  • You are able to articulate the value of new services to your existing client base and continue to expand the business with a set of nationwide accounts
  • Responsible for writing proposals and strategising deals
  • Perform as a key member of a fast-paced sales team with skills in strategically managing & developing revenue opportunities
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity

Requirements

  • Proven experience with B2B sales
  • Experience with conceptual sales, solution selling, and value-based selling
  • Experience selling to hospitality professionals and Key buyers would be great
  • Self-motivated and willing to work independently
  • Able to think creatively and independently
  • Proven track record of sales success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, and creating new business
  • Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Strong sense of initiative and desire to achieve
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree is a must
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills
  • G-Suite Knowledge
  • Excellent Knowledge of the English Language
  • Driver’s License
