Corporate Lawyer (CL_10.2022)

We are looking for a:

Corporate Lawyer

for our Head Office in Alimos

Main responsibilities:

• Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. litigation, mergers & acquisitions, tax, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits)
• Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks
• Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
• Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents
• Represent company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials etc.)

Candidate Profile:

• Master’s degree in Law
• Working experience of a minimum of two (2) years as a Corporate Lawyer with good knowledge of commercial and contract law– preferably in the Pharma industry
• Knowledge of labour law will be considered a plus
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Expert user of the English language. Knowledge of Spanish and/or Italian will be a plus.
• Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
