Corporate Affairs Officer and Corporate Affairs Specialist (CA_09.2022)

We are looking for a :

1. Corporate Affairs Officer

and

2.Corporate Affairs Specialist

for our Head Office in Alimos

Main responsibilities:

• Develop the strategy and the content for communications activities, participation to conferences - targeting to enhance and protect Famar’s corporate reputation and image
• Lead the development and implementation of annual communication plans
• Working closely with agencies, ensure quality and compliance in communication materials in order to promote the Famar Group
• Create the internal communication strategy and implement relevant activities
• Coordinate and manage the delivery of internal newsletter
• Prepare detailed corporate communication plan and implementation of activities reports.

Candidate Profile:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field; a Master’s degree will be appreciated 
• Working Experience:
  • At least five (5) years of experience in similar position, preferably in B2B international environment for the Corporate Affairs Officer and
  • two (2) years of experience in similar position for the Corporate Affairs Specialist
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Expert user of the English language. Knowledge of Spanish and/or Italian will be a plus.
• Copywriting skills in English language for different audiences (media, customers, etc), ideally for scientific / technical topics
• Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
