Technical Support Coordinator



  • Responsible for solving technical issues related to products and operations
  • Monitor and Analyze KPI data, creates reports and action plan where is required to improve performance
  • Provide technical training to service network’s engineers
  • Provide all new technical information and guides by company to service network’s engineers
  • Escalate product Quality issues and follow up until will be solved
  • Prepare service partners for yearly audits
  • Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to plan, prioritize, organize and delegate work effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work well as part of a team in a highly demanding environment
  • Report to local and global management  


  • Studies in Electronics, Telecommunications, or other technology fields
  • 2-4 years of working experience preferably in the technology field
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Advanced English
  • Calm personality
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Report writing and analytical skills (the ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, draw conclusions and provide solutions)
  • Team player & self-motivated with a vision of continuously adding value to the team, customers, partners, and company
  • Problem-solving
