Customer Service Officer _Alimos and Pharma Avlona
(CSO AL-AVL_092022)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day to day interactions with the customer on all operational matters related to their orders and services provided
- Build trustful and sustainable relationships with customers
- Analyze the customers demand and its evolution
- Secure materials availability in the Warehouse in order to fulfill customer orders
- Optimize level of inventories
- Ensure proper implementation of new projects
- Contribute to 12 months rolling, budget and forecasted volumes and revenue with the planning department
PROFILE / SKILLS:
- Degree in Technical or Business field
- Experience in similar position for at least 2 years, managing customer relationship Experience in Supply Chain
- Fluency in English
