EHS Officer (EHSO_02.2024)
SUMMARY:
The position holder will be a member of Environmental, Health & Safety Team, supporting the implementation of the EHS system. The position is reporting to the EHS Manager of the site.
Main responsibilities:
- Administrative support on EHS system revisions
- Implementation of actions that are described in the EHS System e.g
- Employee evacuation list revisions
- Waste recovery/disposal record
- Organize the annual health check program
- Order supplies for infirmary and local pharmacies
- Safe behavior & condition inspections
- Participation in internal & external audits
- Maintain the record of corrective and preventive actions of EHS system. Weekly follow up
- Maintain records and files for EHS that are under the responsibility of the department
- Perform the EHS induction training for new employees as well as the annual General EHS training
- Coordination of activities carried out by HSE contractors and suppliers (e.g. Assessments, measurements)
Candidate Profile:
- Degree/Diploma of University of engineering (Mechanical /Electrical/Chemical) or Technological Institute of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in industry in similar role
- Previous experience in Pharmaceutical sector will be considered as a plus
- Knowledge of English
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Teamwork and collaboration spirit
- Acquaintance with GMP rules is an advantage
- Hands on experience and self-motivation
