We seek to recruit an executive to manage the FAMAR Training Academy, to be located at any of the FAMAR locations in Greece where the Group Quality Department has presence (Alimos, Anthousa or Avlona).

 

TRAINING ACADEMY

Summary: 

Τhe position holder will be required to deliver the following strategic objectives: 

  • Development, Facilitation and Supervision of Quality Training Academy Program
  • Coordination of supporting functions and business units for the deployment of training sessions
  • Establishment, Follow up & Regular Reporting of Quality Training Academy Plan and Evaluation of its effectiveness

The executive will act as the main point of contact for quality management systems training within FAMAR group.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The overall direction, coordination of Quality Training Academy at FAMAR Group level with the implementation, execution, control and completion of the assigned group training sessions ensuring consistency with company strategy, Group Quality requirements, commitments and goals.

In particular:

  • Strategic Development of Quality Training Academy Program through:
    • Training modules and curriculum authoring and /or reviewing
    • Building and Maintaining an accessible training library
    • Establishing Key Performance Indicators
    • Defining the criteria for trainers’ qualifications
    • Develop and become a system owner of e-Training Platforms

 

  • Deployment and Monitoring of the Quality Training Academy Plan through:
    • Issuing and reviewing the Annual Quality Training Academy Roadmap on a regular basis
    • Identifying training needs communicated by the functions and site members
    • Keeping the Plan up-to-date as per FAMAR Quality System’s requirements
    • Facilitating the execution of the training sessions
    • Monitoring trainers’ qualifications and expertise

 

  • As member of the Group Quality, the position holder will contribute to the:
    • Training delivery of the assigned sessions, as applicable and as per area of expertise
    • Authoring and/or reviewing of Quality Systems Procedures
    • FAMAR Quality System as applicable by opening, reviewing and/or approving relevant records (e.g. deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls)
    • Sites surveillance monitoring mainly in the area of the Quality applied Systems

 

ProfilE / SKILLS:

  •  Chemist/Pharmacist/ Biologist/Engineer minimum BSC qualified, preferably with a higher degree.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality management within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industries (CDMO experience preferred).
  • Must be fluent in Greek and English with advanced verbal and written skills. Knowledge of the Italian or Spanish language will be considered as an advantage
  • PC literacy (excellent MS skills- especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • eLearning Platforms experience will be considered a plus.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or e-training modules will be considered as a plus.
  • Qualified/experienced in Training Management within Quality functions.
  • Current knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of EU and US Regulations & Directives, Quality Management Systems and processes (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 22716)  as well as, comprehensive knowledge of international GMP regulations and subsequent applications to medicinal products (knowledge on medical devices, cosmetic, and dietary supplements is a plus).
  • Soft skills on change management, time management, listening, autonomy, self-confidence, problem solving, results oriented, able to work under remote management.
  • Demonstrated teamwork, collaborative and consensual – A colleague that people turn to for advice and want to work with.
  • Good communication skills (oral and written) with a clear and concise presentation style and the ability to convey the vision in a manner readily accessible and understandable to all.
  • Strong financial/business awareness.
  • Must be able to partner with a diverse group with different strengths and skills and have the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects, while maintaining quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a very busy and fast-moving working environment.
  • Ability to travel at 30% in both domestic and international travel.
