HR Generalist  (L&D expert)

(HRG_1017)

Our client is a multinational company and market leader. We seek an experienced  HR Generalist with a focus in L&D (ref: HRG_1017)

 

The Role:

 

As the holder of the role, you will have to source, design professional interpersonal skills training programmes. This role is also about ensuring that training solutions are designed and delivered to a high quality which meets the needs of the business.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Be responsible for ensuring that the training delivered is part of an overall strategy to support the aims and objectives of the business and to supervise the delivery of training to the workforce
  • Maintain solid relationships with business heads to ensure L&D management processes and practices are in alignment with the organization
  • Develop strategic and operational talent & succession plans for the business while managing execution and measuring results.
  • Design, develop & implement high impact performance review processes to develop a high-performance culture and support business initiatives.
  • Coordinate development and execution of performance appraisal programs, systems, and processes
  • Design, develop and implement a talent review process to achieve business goals and 
  • Design and lead the approach to learning including the development of a core curriculum and tracking its effectiveness/usage

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor Degree in HR or related area. A Master degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 relevant work experience
  • Successful and proven passive experience in high volume environment. 
  • Resilient with the ability to effectively lead deal with and lead change
  • Proven project, analytical and problem-solving skills as well as an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to successful completion in a fast-paced environment
