We are seeking to recruit an e-commerce specialist to help build brand awareness, drive website traffic, and convert leads into sales. The position combines big picture strategy development with hands-on implementation efforts including campaign testing, optimization, and analysis. The successful candidate will contribute to the execution and development of company’’s e-commerce presence. Responsibilities include digital content targeting and optimization, competitor and keyword research, external content distribution, website optimization and maintenance, and measuring and reporting on campaigns.




  • Partner with product development and marketing teams to create ideal online assortment including online exclusives.
  • Build and optimize an outstanding customer experience across the purchase funnel to minimize friction points and drive toward conversion and repurchase.
  • Design, manage and implement internet marketing programs including paid search marketing, organic optimization, blog implementation and link-building
  • Analyzing website strategies and translating qualitative or anecdotal data into recommendations and tactics for revising the strategies
  • Drive traffic from multiple channels, including free and paid search, email marketing, affiliate marketing, social networking
  • Implement appropriate strategies to improve online user experience and drive financial performance including recommendations for updates and enhancements.
  • Manage social media presence, including reputation management and the creation of social media campaigns to grow the subscriber base
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize the website for the search engines and build off-page search engine optimization strategy


Qualifications& Skills


  • 2-3 years’ experience in digital/ e-commerce business arena preferably from a retail or consumer products company
  • Excellent verbal, writing and presentation skill
  • Strong knowledge of website sales & strategies, Facebook and other social media and marketing
  • Strong ability to utilize analytics and insights to drive business decision
  • Ability to manage several simultaneous projects and resources without losing focus
  • Self-directed
