Our client is one of the largest ICT providers in the region of the Southeast Europe.Due to its expansion and growth, are currently seeking for:


HRIS Senior Consultant (ref.code HRIS_0817)


The Role:


The consultant will be responsible for participating in all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and designing phases through testing and deployment of HRIS solution. This role is focused on a consultative discovery approach to understand user’s needs and priorities, propose solutions and then execute on those deliverables to ensure a successful HRIS implementation that maximizes systems usage. 



  • Project manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
  • Identify and analyzes business needs, review and map business processes
  • Lead design sessions with clients in order to gather requirements and document key decisions
  • Translate business requirements into HRIS configuration
  • Provide recommended approaches and best practices for clients based on industry and client requirements
  • Execute configuration of requirements through multiple prototype environments
  • Provide guidance and direction to clients during various testing cycles of prototypes
  • Provide functional expertise on technical integrations between various 3 rd party providers
  • Lead the deployment of HRIS at client site and ensure delivery of high-quality services to our clients
  • Engage with clients to identify all issues that could impact the project scope and timeframe




  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of systems and business analysis experience
  • Previous client management experience and experience managing multipleclients and projects at once
  • Previous HR industry or HR technology experience
  • Previous experience implementing new clients onto a platform or software
  • Functional knowledge in key HR competencies including, C&B, performance, recruiting, and payroll
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationship skills.
