Our client is a major fast paced multinational company, a leader in its sector. We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager (ref.code: HRM_0817) to support business growth. She/He will serve as a strategic and tactical HR business partner to the GM & Business leaders in the context of development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures. We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter, with hands-on and can-do attitude individual who will have the great opportunity to experience both professional and corporate growth.

 

The Role:

 

The HR Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our client’s structure. The HRM will act as a change agent. This role works collaboratively with leaders, internal customer and external partners (clients) to prioritize strategic people priorities and solutions that accelerate the achievement of business plans through talent management, diversity and inclusion, rewards and recognition and organizational effectiveness.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversees the implementation of Human Resources programs through his/her own efforts and HR team members.
  • Provide strategic business partnership and coaching to all levels of the organization
  • Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company
  • Develops and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company
  • Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
  • Directs and participates in the recruiting for and selection of domestic and international candidates to fill vacant employment opportunities. 
  • Designs & implements regional recruitment programs & incentives which efficiently reduce the turnaround time to fill positions
  • Develop metrics to measure employee satisfaction and present aggregate results along with action plans to improve satisfaction and productivity to strengthen client satisfaction and increase productivity

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with experience managing an HR team, and an established record of successfully delivering on HR strategy
  • 2+ years of any hands-on recruiting experience required (high volume, full-cycle positions)
  • Proven ability to influence senior managers, build strong commercial relationships and drive an HR strategy
  • Demonstrate an understanding of personalities and behavioral styles in order to work collaboratively with a variety of people and make informed decisions around resourcing, reporting structures and relationships
  • Ability to communicate with clients, employees and all levels of management
  • Must be comfortable working independently, as well as part of a team
  • Excellent project management skills, and a very high degree of analytical skills
